Your College Email
When joining Loughborough College with your account you get a college email address.
Your email address is made up of your student ID number followed by @student.loucoll.ac.uk (e.g. 123456@student.loucoll.ac.uk).
Your college account is tied to a Microsoft 365 one, allowing you access to all the Microsoft apps including an Outlook email account.
You will use this email for communicating at the college but also to access college and Microsoft 365 systems and apps.
If your teachers ask you to sign up to a third-party app that is being used in your lessons or for remote work, you should use your Microsoft college email account. If there is a sign-in with Microsoft option, you should select this and sign in using your college email and password.
You can access your emails from an array of places including links on the Student Dashboard and by signing into the Microsoft 365 portal.
