Opening Times
College Opening Times:
Term-time
Monday and Friday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 8.00am – 9.00pm
Out of Term-time
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Reception
The Student Information Services are based in the Hub. Visit us to enquire about Support Services, financial, transport and welfare services and to enquire, apply or enrol on a course.

Access (Lifts and Entrances/Exits)
You can enter and exit the college through the main doors of the Hub or through turnstiles found around the college site using your student ID card.
There are lifts available in The Hub, Arts Academy, HE Centre, Technology Centre, B-Block and S-Block. Please give priority to people with disabilities and goods carriage in all lifts.
Misuse of lifts may incur a repair charge and disciplinary action.
Priority Lift passes are available for students with mobility issues from Student Services based in the Hub
Spirituality and Faith
Students and staff at Loughborough College have access to the Faith and Contemplation room located on the ground floor of B-block.
The room is a place for spiritual refreshment, exploration and prayer.
The room is designed to be used for individual prayer and meditation and will be essentially a ‘neutral space’ to facilitate access by learners of all faiths and beliefs as well as those having no faith.

Accommodation
We have self-catered halls of residence on campus. The Accommodation Service provides information, advice and support to help you with any accommodation needs on a drop-in or appointment basis.

Child Care / Nursery
Radmoor Day Nursery, which is open from 8.00am until 6.00pm, is located on the College Campus and offers first class childcare for children aged 0-5 years. There are also Out of College Clubs available for children aged 4 – 11 years. The nursery is regularly inspected by Ofsted and the latest report is available at: www.radmoornursery.co.uk/

The College takes the views of students very seriously and encourages feedback. Whether you wish to make a compliment, suggestion, comment or complaint we appreciate suggestions for improving the services we offer. If there is something you would like to tell us about? We’d love to have your feedback, whether it’s something we need to improve or you just want to tell us your views you can complete the online ‘Something to say’ form below. Paper forms can also be obtained from the main college reception, Library or Radmoor Centre.
However, if you think you have not received a satisfactory service, please talk to the staff involved in the first instance. If there is still an issue, please see our Complaints Procedure which can be found on our College website.
